Based in the Adelaide Hills South Australia, Master Saddler David Quayle has been producing exquisite bridleware for over 25years. With an eye for perfection and a love of timeless tradition with a modern edge David handcrafts bridlewear and saddlery that is second to none. Having completed his apprenticeship David started his own business and quickly earned a reputation for producing the finest English saddlery in Australia which is now distributed not only across Australia and New Zealand but delivered back to the United Kingdom where the tradition and trade began. These days there would not be a royal show or National line up that didn’t display multiple DQ Bridles. David is proud to be the chosen saddlery craftsman by many of Australia’s top show teams and competitors but is just as satisfied to produce that special piece for any equine enthusiast.

While hand crafted bespoke Weymouth bridles remain the signature product of DQ Saddlery, also on offer is a large range of competition and training leather saddlery, available both off the rack in standard sizing and made to measure.
